Andrew Davis is a litigation attorney who focuses on personal injury and intellectual property. Born and raised in Edmond, Oklahoma, he would play basketball for Bradley University in Illinois and South Mountain Community College in Arizona before returning home to complete his undergraduate degree at the University of Oklahoma.
After completing his undergraduate degree, he would attend law school at the University of Arizona in Tucson. There he would help establish the Journal of Emerging Technology and later serve as its Editor-in-Chief, as well as volunteering his time at the Law College’s Intellectual Property Clinic, providing free legal services to the local community’s businesses and inventors.
Upon graduation from law school, Andrew Davis would begin his career working at Axon Inc. (formerly known as Taser), assisting in-house counsel with litigating numerous product liability and patent infringement cases across the country. He would then move on to found his own personal injury litigation firm, the Law Offices of Andrew R.C. Davis. After spending two years of practicing law in Arizona, he would once again return home to rejoin Dan Davis Law as an Oklahoma City injury attorney.
