Mr. Polchinski was raised in Central Texas and completed his undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University in College Station, Texas. After earning his undergraduate degree, he attended law school at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. While at SMU, Mr. Polchinski was chosen to be on the SMU Science & Technology Law Review and clerked for multiple personal injury law firms.
After graduating from SMU, Mr. Polchinski practiced law at a personal injury law firm in the Dallas area for two years before moving to Oklahoma and joining The Law Offices of Dan Davis. Mr. Polchinski greatly enjoys achieving great results for his clients who have sustained injuries due to the negligence of others. While not working as an Oklahoma City accident attorney, Mr. Polchinski enjoys spending time with his wife and exploring the great State of Oklahoma.
